Improve the site to better communicate our brand, showcase the services, and highlight what sets it apart.
deliverables
For this project, I will be working using the Squarespace platform and its design sections, which can be modified to reflect the brand. It does not include custom-code sections, beyond the scope of Squarespace. The delivery time is 1-2 weeks. Dates will be defined at the start of the project.

1. brief, moodboard & assets
Project Kickoff
During this meeting, we review the brief with the website objectives, site references, and the delivery of assets (logo, typography, copy, photographs, etc.)
2. site check
1 week after the brief and receiving the assets
In this meeting, we review the site and make any necessary corrections to the information or design.
3. delivery
3-5 days after site check
The site delivery will be made upon receipt of the final payment. We will review for any bugs, changes, or minor corrections required for 30 days.
terms & conditions
The payment terms for this project is 100% upfront. The suggested timeline for this project is 2 weeks.
The delivery and review schedule is established once the upfront payment is received. The delivery is not contingent on the client's site launch and it is not recommended to set a public launch date until the delivery is finalized. The project timeline may change depending on requested changes and information receipt. Delivery dates may change when changes are requested, there is a pending review, necessary materials are not available, or, in some cases, due to team delays. Any changes to the delivery date will be notified in advance.

This agreement outlines the scope of the project ("the Project") to be undertaken by Marcela Benavides. The project scope is as defined in the provided project proposal and related documents.

The project timeline, as specified in the proposal, is contingent on timely client feedback, content/material provision, and approval of deliverables.
Any changes requested by may impact the project timeline, and any adjustments will be communicated accordingly.

Client agrees to make an initial deposit as outlined in the project proposal before the commencement of the Project.
Additional payments, if applicable, will be specified in the proposal and due as per the agreed-upon milestones.
All payments shall be made in accordance with the terms defined in the proposal.

Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary content or materials required for the Project.
Client will designate a point of contact for effective communication during the Project.

Any requested changes or revisions to the project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.
Changes and revisions are subject to additional charges as agreed upon by both parties.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the Project.
Marcela Benavides will not disclose clients proprietary information without prior consent.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms or fails to perform obligations.
Initial payment is non-refundable. No exceptions.
