Shopify Store Requirements
To start the project, it is important that you have all your information and products ready. Before we start, I will send you 2 forms via Google Docs to fill out with more information on your company and products. The following items are the required to start an e-commerce site.
Brand
Having a brand is important, because it establishes the look and feel of the site. If you do not have all the brand elements, this may be added with an additional charge.
Logotype (.png, .ai, .pdf)
Tipography
Color palette (.pdf, .jpg)
Identity Guide (highly suggested)
Products
You must have products ready to be sold. If you are waiting on product delivery, we recommend that you start the process once you have your product images ready, this is so we can work within the designated timeline and deliver your store ready to be launched.
For each product, you must have:
Product image (1-5 images)
Product name
Price
Description
Domain
A domain is need to have an internet address. You must purchase this once you have store name. The cost of this varies, you can purchase a domain via Godaddy or your preferred platform. If you need assistance purchasing a domain, we can assist with no additional cost.
Payment Accounts
You must have a bank account, with the legal representative name, only for e-commerce purposes. After creating a bank account, you must provide the following information in order for us to create your payment account with Stripe and/or Paypal.
Bank account: Routing number / Clabe (for Mexican business only)
Name of business
Persona Física o Moral ( for Mexican business only)
Valid ID and address
