1. Store setup & Theme installation:
Configure your Shopify store from the ground up, ensuring all the settings are optimized for your business goals. Installation of Dawn Theme, a visually appealing and user-friendly theme that offers a seamless shopping experience.
This includes:
Basic store information setup (store name, contact information, and domain integration).
Currency and payment gateway configuration.
Shipping settings customization.
Design layout customization to highlight key elements of your store.
Customizing colors, fonts, and graphics to match your brand guidelines.
2. Pages
The site features the following page templates, that can be customized according to the brand’s needs, using the Dawn Theme provided sections.
This includes:

4. Training & Support
Training on how to use Shopify is provided via our video library. After delivery, you get a 1 hour training call to show you how to use Shopify. It is important that you do some test orders before launching, to understand how to operate Shopify. Our library of videos include in more detail how to use Shopify.

1. brief call & assets delivery

On the brief call we discuss design references, brand guidelines and review the assets provided to start project.
1. store delivery
+7 days
After the store is approved, we have a 1 hour call for store management training, account creation, and the store is ready to be published. You get access to training videos for later consultation.
2. store setup
+15 days
During 2 weeks, the store setup and theme installation is made to match the brand and the scope of the project.
5. follow-up
Up to 30 days after delivery
After the store is delivered, we schedule 1 call to review any questions once the store is launched. This are mainly on store management, orders, payments and shipping. We have 1 month to review any bugs or questions on the store.

During an online call, we review the store design implemented and discuss any changes, modifications needed.

The payment terms for this project is 50% upfront payment and 50% on delivery.
The suggested timeline for this project is 4 weeks.
The delivery and review schedule is established once the upfront payment is received.
The delivery is not contingent on the client's site launch and it is not recommended to set a public launch date until the delivery is finalized.
The project timeline may change depending on requested changes and information received.
Delivery dates may change when changes are requested, there is a pending review, necessary materials are not available, or, in some cases, due to team delays. Any changes to the delivery date will be notified in advance.

This agreement outlines the scope of the project ("the Project") to be undertaken by Marcela Benavides. The project scope is as defined in the provided project proposal and related documents.

The project timeline, as specified in the proposal, is contingent on timely client feedback, content/material provision, and approval of deliverables.
Any changes requested by may impact the project timeline, and any adjustments will be communicated accordingly.

Client agrees to make an initial deposit as outlined in the project proposal before the commencement of the Project.
Additional payments, if applicable, will be specified in the proposal and due as per the agreed-upon milestones.
All payments shall be made in accordance with the terms defined in the proposal.

Client is responsible for providing timely feedback, approvals, and any necessary content or materials required for the Project.
Client will designate a point of contact for effective communication during the Project.

Any requested changes or revisions to the project scope must be documented in writing and may result in adjustments to the timeline and cost.
Changes and revisions are subject to additional charges as agreed upon by both parties.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the Project.
Marcela Benavides will not disclose clients proprietary information without prior consent.

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any terms or fails to perform obligations.
Initial payment is non-refundable. No exceptions.
